This policy explains how PIXAL APPS LTD ("we", "us") handles personal information in our apps and on this website. We are the data controller for that information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Things you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
- Content you create in our apps. Photos, text or other content you work with in an app stays on your device unless the app clearly tells you it is uploading it (for example, to sync or back up).
- Diagnostics. If you have opted in to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
We use information only to provide and improve our apps, answer your questions, and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving our apps, and, where we ask for it, your consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (such as hosting and email providers) who process information on our behalf and only under our instructions. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never see your payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing alex@pixalapps.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
